• Meal Included as per plan [CP (Continental Plan: Breakfast only), MAP (Modified American Plan: Breakfast and Lunch or Dinner), AP (American Plan: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner) at hotel only
• Supplement cost to be added in case change of meal plan from lower to higher category
• All sight-seeing and transferred for Itinerary private basis (No sharing)

• Any other service which is not mentioned in “INCLUSION” Head
• Sightseeing Entry Fees, Optional Tours, Supplement service, Guide Charge any up-gradation cost
• Air Fare, Train Fare, Boating Charge, Safari Cost, Insurance, Rafting charge.
• Cost for personal services like – laundry, bottled water,  porter charge, and any other personal request
• In case of Tax component or Fuel price increase between Tour Confirmed and Departure unfortunately the difference cost needs to be borne by the guest before departure.

BOOKING PROCEDURE

• Initial payment of 50% of total tour cost whichever is higher is require to hold any service. In case tour date falls within 15 Days than 100% require confirming the booking.
• Part payment needs to be clear as per cancellation procedure Full payment should clear 15 Days prior to tour start

General Notes

• Information of any kind of disease, allergy, respiratory and heart related issue or any other special request, please let inform us well in advance so that we can plan your leisure time more adequately.
• CWB cost is applicable when one child (5 to 10 Years) share parents room with Extra bed/Mattress
• CNB cost is applicable when one child (5 to 10 Years) share parents room without Extra bed/Mattress
• Children below 5 years complimentary
• Many hotels do not have lift facilities, so guest needs to climb upstairs, in case any issue climbing please mention before room reservation
• In hilly area water & electricity scarcity is natural occurrence. Most of the hotels have power back up, still it has a limitation. So in case of load shading Geyser and Heater will not working. Our guests are requested to bear that kind of situation (if happen)
• Use of room heater upon request and availability, on extra payment basis.
• In case tour operation affected due to Flight / Train Cancellation then the Company will not be responsible for the same and the cancellation as per the policy will be applicable
• In case flight or train delayed more than 45 minutes may attract halt charge and pre-designated driver and vehicle can change
• In case any sightseeing is cancelled due to road blocking, Landslide or any other issue which is beyond our control then no refund will be processed. We must try to arrange some alternate option (in case of any rate difference guest needs to pay directly for the alternative sightseeing. There must be a justification of rate difference)
• Any amendment on confirmed file will attract Rs.1000/- as amendment charges along with the actual difference of cost.
• Early morning Tiger Hill, DARJEELING visit has been restricted by the Local Administration. Only 600 vehicles are allowed per day. So visit of Tiger Hill early morning for Sunrise will be subjected to availability of the coupon.
• Kindly clear all query before confirmation. The cost we will offer based on your requirement, so after confirmation any changes can attract additional cost.

Documents Required

• One Photo Identity and address Proof of each traveler in original and photocopy. [PAN Card and AADHAAR Card are not accepted as ID Proof in SIKKIM]. It can be valid Photo ID with address, issued by GOVERNMENT OF INDIA, PASSPORT, DRIVING LICENSE, VOTER ID, ID PROOF AUTHORISED BY SCHOOL AUTHORITY FOR MINOR
• Foreign National or NRI need to carry Valid Passport and Visa
• Children will have to accompany by their parents and should have a valid Photo ID issued by the school authority or GOVT official. It is also suggested to carry a photo copy along with the original Birth Certificate of the children traveling to avoid any inconvenience.
• 05 Numbers Passport size photo in case any Permit is required to visit any restricted place (NATHULA, TSHANGU, BABA MANDIR, NORTH SIKKIM, SILK ROUTE  ETC ...)
• Guest will be informed about current protocol by our office executive after confirmation of the tour and guest must carry all the documents at the time of travelling, in case of any inconvenience for failing to produce the same we will not hold ourselves responsible.

Notes on Vehicle

• All mentioned transfer and sightseeing will be done by the same category of vehicle.
• Luxury vehicle used for 1 to 6 persons Maximum – XYLO/INNOVA/SIMILAR
• Standard vehicle used for 1 to 3 persons – WAGON R/SWIFT DEZIRE / ETIOS / TATA SUMO/SIMILAR
• Standard vehicle used for 4 to 8 persons –TATA SUMO/BOLERO/SIMILAR
• In this area same number vehicle cannot move every place. There are restrictions from Govt. official and Syndicate department. Vehicle will change sector wise.
• Vehicle and driver details will share one day before the journey.
• On-tour up gradation of vehicle will only possible when required vehicle is available and with extra cost
• Maximum 6 Persons (Including Child) can accommodate in Luxury vehicle like INNOVA/XYLO/Similar
• In case of extra luggage 1 extra vehicle need to hire on extra cost. Mode of payment - direct. (Suggested a single number of bag for each person)
• Standard large Vehicle (TATA SUMO/BOLERO/SIMILAR) is not allowed to run inside the GANGTOK town so while book Standard vehicle then please note that guest will drop and pickup for sightseeing or other transfer at and from respective TAXI stand. Guest needs to take small TAXI from TAXI stand to hotel and hotel to TAXI stand whenever require. To avoid this inconvenience it is suggested to book LUXURY CAB.
• Vehicle will run for the entire tour as per Itinerary point to point basis only. Any service outside the itinerary will charge extra.
• Vehicle will not on disposal. In case of extra service other than the planned tour will cost extra on direct payment basis
• All places in our area do not have parking zone, so guests are requested to listen to our chauffer guidance and avoid unnecessary harassment or inconvenience.
• In case road blockage due to any natural calamities or VIP movement then vehicle may take long route with the consent of guest for which additional cost will be borne by the guest directly.
• On -tour any extra service (Subjected to the possibility) can be arrange with the consent of File Handling Executive.  Extra additional cost for the same need to be paid as assisted by the Executive.
• AC of luxury vehicle will operate in plain only not on hill.

For LACHUNG, LACHEN and OFFBEAT DESTINATION there will be no refund after the booking is confirmed.

Refund will be process after receiving written communication. Fund will be credited to the beneficiary account mentioned in mail by 15 days from receiving the request.
