- Temple Order & Darshan:
The traditional sequence of temple visits will be followed as per the Ashtavinayak Yatra route. Darshan at all 8 temples will be arranged, subject to temple timings and crowd conditions.
- Travel Mode:
Comfortable AC coach / tempo traveller / car, depending on group size. Long-distance road travel is involved, with early morning departures on some days.

Clean, basic hotels or guesthouses with twin/triple-sharing rooms. Upgraded stays available on request at extra cost.
- Meals:
Pure vegetarian meals (breakfast, lunch & dinner) will be provided. Bottled water and tea/coffee at regular intervals.
- Dress Code & Conduct:
Modest attire is recommended as the tour involves temple visits. Footwear is not allowed inside temple premises. Maintain silence and discipline during darshan.
- Health & Fitness:
The tour includes some walking and stair climbing, especially at Lenyadri (Girijatmaj temple, located in caves). People with knee or heart issues should consult before booking.
- ID Proof:
Carry a valid government-issued ID (Aadhar/PAN/Passport) during the tour.
- Photography:
Photography may be restricted inside temple premises. Follow local rules and temple notices.
- Group Departure & Punctuality:
Timely reporting and punctuality are crucial to cover all temples as per schedule. Delays may lead to skipped visits.
